  • I consider companies in the same way as I do individuals who come to me for yoga. In need of improving their health and well-being.

    Today we find that the average employee is working longer hours and has more responsibility than ever, so faces more challenges, which can in turn can create stress and low morale. Team- spirit can be lost as employees continue to have increased individual workloads/targets. Long hours at the desk can help towards back, shoulder, neck pain and poor posture.

    The corporate yoga sesssions I offer will address all of these areas and more.

    How long are the sessions?

    I would suggest regular 60 or 90 minutes, although I can tailor the sessions for your company’s needs. The yoga sessions can be any time of day to suit your employees.
