Online group sessions offer you the flexibility of being able to connect with others whilst participating from the safety and comfort of your own home. Although this may be a new experience for some of you it is now beginning to feel very familiar to me. If these remote sessions are new for you then please know that I am more than happy to go through a test run for you to ensure you can get connected with confidence, just let me know and we can book in some time to go through it together. Connecting at Home with Yoga, Movement, Meditation and Relaxation
Monday:
Monday morning Wake-Up Yoga - 9.30am > 10.30am
(Must book in advance for this particular session, running from 9th November - 7th December)
Evening Group Meditation to calm and soothe - 6.30pm > 7.30pm*

Tuesday:
Lunchtime Yoga, bringing yoga home with a peaceful and restorative practice - 1.00pm > 2.30pm
Yoga for Karate students - 4.00pm > 5.00pm Private Group, please contact me for more details.
Wednesday:
Morning Wake up to Yoga, a time to nurture a more respectful and appreciative attitude towards our body - 9.00am > 10.30am
Chi-Ball, improve suppleness, agility, balance, posture and concentration. Learn to relax and increase energy. - 11.15am > 12.15am
Evening Yoga to focus, nourish and relax - bringing kindness home - 7.00pm > 8.30pm
Thursday:
Evening Yoga & Relaxation, to help you sleep well - 7.00pm > 8.30pm
Saturday:
Nordic Walking (Poles in the Park) Now meeting in the park for some fun exercise. (Group of 6 only) - 8.00am > 9.00am*

How to Attend an Online Yoga Session...
I use a program call 'Zoom' to conduct my online sessions.
Zoom is straight forward and can be used on any machine, tablet or mobile device. Give yourself about 20 mins to download zoom and try it out before a live session to ensure that you are comfortable with using it.
Simply visit the Zoom Website for details (use client meetings option) or search for the Zoom App in your app store.
After you have downloaded the program all you will need to do each time is to click on the 'join session' button below at the scheduled time. Please do contact me for the password.
Timings for the sessions may be updated on my Facebook page as well as on this web page.
I will be online approximately 15 mins before each session.
Please join sessions with your video camera and audio/microphone on.
Yoga - please have your usual yoga equipment with you, please do ensure you have a clear and safe space in which to practice.
Meditation - A quiet space (as quiet as possible) and a comfortable place to sit/lay down. A blanket can be useful.
Chi-Ball - Please contact me if you do not already have a ChiBall.
I will be online for 5 mins after the session has finished for any questions.
The sessions will be slower paced than usual, this will ensure safety, and some much needed self-care, so please come along with an open mind and heart and we will make this transition together.
